Seravone Ambassador Program – Guidelines, Terms & Conditions
By joining the Seravone Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
1. Ambassador Discounts & Benefits
- Ambassadors receive exclusive discounts on approved products.
- Shipping costs are not covered by discounts, even if the order qualifies for free shipping promotions.
- Discounts will not be automatically applied at checkout. Instead, the ambassador will receive a refund for the approved discount after submitting and receiving approval for their promotional content.
- Discounts apply only to products featured in an approved promotion. Non-promoted items are not eligible for ambassador discounts.
2. Content & Promotion Requirements
- Ambassadors must create high-quality, original content showcasing Seravone products.
- All promotions must align with Seravone’s brand image and be approved before discounts are refunded.
- Content must be posted publicly and tag @Seravone on the respective social media platform.
- Ambassadors must not misrepresent Seravone, its products, or the terms of this program.
3. Order & Discount Processing
- Ambassadors must purchase items at full price before receiving any discount refunds.
- After posting the required promotional content, the ambassador must submit proof for review and approval.
- Once the promotion is verified, Seravone will process a refund for the approved discount amount (excluding shipping costs).
4. Program Compliance & Termination
- Seravone reserves the right to remove any ambassador who does not follow the program guidelines.
- Any misuse of the discount policy, failure to post content as agreed, or misrepresentation of the brand will result in termination from the program.
- Seravone reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in loss of ambassador privileges.
