Seravone LLC Prize Drawing and Purchase Policy

1. Introduction

Seravone LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to providing high-quality products and an exciting shopping experience for our customers. This policy outlines the rules, terms, and conditions regarding our prize drawing and purchase incentives. By participating in our promotions, you agree to abide by this policy.

2. Eligibility

• The prize drawing is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Must be located in United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
• Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Seravone LLC are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the prize drawing for a chance to win a $500 gift card, customers can participate in one of two ways:
  • Purchase Method: Make a purchase of any item from our online store at seravone.com. Each qualifying order constitutes one entry into the prize drawing. Multiple orders will result in multiple entries. Any entries linked to orders refunded in full (not including shipping costs) will be withdrawn.
  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, individuals must complete the following:
    1. Follow Seravone LLC on our Facebook and/or Instagram page. Must be a follower at time of drawing in order to be eligible.
    2. Provide an email address by subscribing to receive emails from Seravone LLC. An individual can provide their email at www.seravone.com. Must be actively subscribed to receive emails from Seravone at time of drawing to be eligible. 

4. Prize Details

• The prize consists of a $1,000 gift card redeemable only at seravone.com.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

5. Prize Drawing

• Prize drawings will occur at the end of each product drop, with the date and time announced on our website and social media platforms.
• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period, including both purchase orders and followers who have shared the post.
• Winners will be notified via email or through social media platforms and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

6. Terms of Participation

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Seravone LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to violate these terms.

7. Data Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your personal information. All entries and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By entering the prize drawing, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Limitations

• Seravone LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the prize drawing or any products purchased.
• We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions or issues with entries, including but not limited to any failures of electronic equipment, software, or communication lines.

9. Governing Law

• This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modification of Terms

• Seravone LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

12. Withdrawal of Entries

• Any entries associated with orders that are refunded in full (excluding any shipping costs) will be withdrawn from the prize drawing. Customers will not retain their entries if the order is canceled or returned for a full refund.

13. Gift Card Limitations

• Gift cards issued as prizes are not valid for covering shipping costs associated with any orders. Customers must use a different payment method to cover shipping fees when redeeming their gift card

14. Changes to Entries

• Seravone LLC reserves the right to adjust the number of entries for any customer in the event of a promotional error, technical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the integrity of the prize drawing.

15. Force Majeure

• Seravone LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.

16. Severability

• If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Acknowledgment of Rules

• By participating in the prize drawing, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these official rules.

18. Communication and Marketing Consent

• By entering the prize drawing, entrants consent to receive promotional communications from Seravone LLC. Customers may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

19. Use of Winner's Information

• By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Seravone LLC to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
